Payment is due by the 20th of each month. You are reporting PRIOR monthly gross receipts.
Example: Payments made in February will have the nightly rate times the number of nights rented for the month of January. Do not include fees.
If there were no rentals in prior month you must still report, there is an option for zero gross receipts.
